Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your charter, please inform us at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance of your scheduled departure. With this notice, we'll provide a full refund. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we're unable to offer a refund due to the preparations made for your sail. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy, which allows us to maintain the highest level of service for all of our valued guests.
